Artwork / Graphics
Artwork should be sent in on a disc (or uploaded). If possible please include a printout of what the artwork should look like. Any additional requests should be included in in a .TXT file included with graphics files.

Payment
All projects are required to be prepaid in full before production begins. You can place your order through our website and pay with credit card, PayPal, or cashiers check (By Mail). Our payment server is a secure server and has many measure in place to ensure that your account information is protected. Orders may be placed on the phone if you are not comfortable using our secure website.

Duplication Order Checklist

Content Master
Make sure this discs works exactly how you would like it to. Make two of them. Listen to them closely for skips, pops, or incorrectly spacing. If spacing is crucial please make a note for us. Your duplicated discs will be an exact match of these discs.

How to Send It
Most people submit materials via USPS Priority Mail. Sending your materials in through a service you can track (like DHL, UPS, or FEDEX) is a good idea.
- Carefully package materials. Discs should be packaged in DVD cases, paper or Tyvek sleeves, or soft plastic clamshell cases.
- Pack your materials in a padded envelope with a sheet of cardboard for rigidity.
- Always keep backup copies of your masters for yourself. PCX Media will not return your masters, and no matter how well you package it UPS will find a way to screw it up.
