COMPACT DISCS
Q. Are these "real" CDs or CDr's?
A. These are high quality silver bottom CDr discs. The setup costs of CD replication is typically absorbed by large minimum order requirements (500+). Duplication is the cost effective alternative. If you're looking for replication or 500+ units, just email us for a quote.
Q. How are the discs printed?
A. Artwork is printed directly to the disc with the modern disc printing equipment on the market.
Q. What color are the bottom of the discs?
A. These discs are silver on the bottom. They are a little darker silver than your standard CD but they don't have the tell tale light green or blue of standard CDr discs.
Q. Can I get silver topped CDs?
A. At the moment we do not print directly to silver topped discs.
Q. How compatible are these discs?
A. Almost all the CD players on the market now have CDr playback compatibility. Older players may have issues playing these discs. We cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with all CD players.
Q. Can you copy the new Josh Grobin disc for me?
A. No. We cannot duplicate material that you do not have permission to use or own the rights to. Duplicating copyrighted material without proper permission is illegal.
Q. Can you do CD Extras?
A. Yes we can, but you must send us a working disc for us to duplicate as we may not be able to correctly set up a master for you.
Q. I need certain timings between songs.
A. Not a problem, just send us a disc timed out the way you'd like it and we'll duplicate it. Please make a note that there are specific times / songs that flow together so that we know to check for it! If we don't know to check for it we can't be responsible for it.

PRINTING AND PACKAGING
Q. What is 4/1, 4/4 printing?
A. 4/1 and 4/4 refer to the amount of colors used in the printing on the Front/Back of said insert. We use a four color CMYK printing process (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, blacK). 4 means full color (like a color photo), 1 means grayscale. 4/1 means full color on the outside, grayscale on the inside.
Q. What is a 2 panel, 4 panel insert?
A. Panel refers to one square of print. A 2 panel is a square insert with front/back printing. An insert that has 2 panels on the front, and two on the back and is folded in half is called a four panel insert, or bifold insert.
Q. What type of paper is used for inserts / traycards?
A. Inserts are printed on a "80# Text" gloss paper comparable to standard industry inserts. Traycards are printed on perforated matte card stock.
Q. How do you print the inserts/traycards?
A. Inserts and traycards are printed using a high resolution full color CMYK digital laser press by Xerox. The toner does not rub off or smear and has a glossy appearance. The finished product is comparable to industry standard print.
Q. Can I get digipacks or other printed cardstock packing?
A. Yes. Just email for a quote. A new website will be up soon with these options listed.

POLICY AND OTHER QUESTIONS
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Duplication turnaround is typically 2 to 4 weeks out the door. This is based on our current workload and we cannot and do not guarantee these turnaround times. The only way to be sure that your order will be in when you need it is to pay the rush fee. Orders without a rush fee can not be guaranteed.
Turnaround time on printed material such as posters and flyers is generally same day if the order is in by 3PM CST. A delay of up to 3 business days may occur if we are extremely busy or the paper you ordered it out of stock. We try to keep a large amount of all the paper we sell on our site in stock.
Q. Explain your rush fee.
A. A rush fee can be applied to your order if you need a guaranteed arrival date for your order. The rush fee puts you at the front of the line and we guarantee you get your product on time. The current Rush Fee is based on our current workload, the size of your order, and the date you need the order by. The rush fee does not include any additional shipping cost that may be necessary. In the event that we cannot complete your order in full we may ship a partial order to arrive on time with the remainder of the order shipping within 2-3 business days. If we cannot get at least 20% of your order to you by the due date we will credit your account with the amount of your rush fee (unless the delay is caused by the shipping provider). If the shipping amount paid is not sufficient to cover guaranteed expedited shipping of your order you may be asked to pay the additional shipping costs. If you cannot cover the extra cost of shipping you will forfeit your rush fee and your order will be shipped the quickest method possible. International orders are not applicable for guaranteed delivery date service.
Q. I need my discs tomorrow!
A. Not a problem. Artwork, music and tracks must be in our hands by the 11:45 AM the morning before you need them. Our standard rush fee policy applies.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship most packages via UPS. They are the fastest and most reliable company we have ever used. All packages are shipped ground unless expedited shipping fees have been paid. Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM. Most deliveries and all overnights require a signature so please plan ahead for this if you're order is rushed. UPS does not deliver on weekends (with the exception of overnight Saturday deliveries).
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Depends on the size of the order, where its going, and how fast it has to be there. Email us for a quote. Shipping is manually calculated by us when you place your order so it will not show on the inital estimate our website generates.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Ground typically takes 1-5 business days. Second day takes 1-2 business days, and overnight always gets there overnight. Overnight shipments can be guaranteed for certain times of the day also. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the provider, weather, etc.
Q. Do you give discounts?
A. Generally we don't, our prices are the lowest it gets. We run specials on occassion so watch for them.
Q. I run a record label / promotion company..
A. Amazing. We love working with other companies! Please give us a call and let us know what your plans are. Discounts may be given based on the volume of orders you place with us.
Q. I'm not satisfied with my discs/your service..
A. We do whatever we can to make sure you are more than satisfied with your discs. We want you to understand the product you are ordering before you make your purchase and that is what this page is for. We want you to be happy, but if you are just generally dissatisfied with your product because you did not completely understand the service then we cannot do anything about that. We believe we accurately portray the quality of our products and services and are completely honest about every aspect of them.
Q. I want a refund.
A. We do not give refunds on our products and services. If we made a mistake on your order we will correct the mistake because it is the right thing to do. If you are just generally dissatisfied with your product because you did not completely understand the service then we cannot do anything about that. Again, we believe we accurately portray the quality of our products and services and are completely honest about every aspect of them.

A. We accept PayPal.com payments, all major credit cards, and cashiers checks. All payments can be accepted through our store or over the phone. Checks should be mailed to the address located on our contact page.

On Masters, Audio Files, and Audio Quality: We do not check masters we receive for quality. It is up to you to ensure your master disc works and does not have and skips, clicks or pops. It is recommended that CD's be packaged in paper sleeves, clamshells, or dvd cases and shipped in padded envelopes to protect them. DO NOT use slim jewel cases, they are fairly fragile and can break and scratch your discs. Sending two copies of your master is highly reccomended so that we may choose the one in the best condition to avoid any problems. If you have specific timing between songs please let us know so we can check for it during the burning process.
If you provide digital audio files to us so that we can create your master we cannot be responsible for any click, pops, skips, etc. that may have been caused by the file transfer process or burning process. This is why we ask YOU to provide a master and to check it before you send it in. We also cannot ensure any specific timings between tracks.
